After entering the medical device market in 2012, the company collaborated with several enterprises, including Shanghai MicroPort, to develop special tubes for surgical stapling machines. The products are made of medical grade 304 stainless steel, and the internal surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.4 microns. These products are used in more than 500,000 units of minimally invasive surgical equipment. Flexible endoscope tubing with a minimum bend radius of 5 mm has been successfully used in gastroenterological research, and medical gas piping has become an important element of oxygen supply systems in intensive care units.
In the New Energy Vehicle sector, the company has developed high-precision stainless steel battery cores that are considered the industry's benchmark component. The products are manufactured from high-strength 304 grade stainless steel and fully meet the structural support and heat dissipation requirements of batteries.
